Marketing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and implementing the hotel’s marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and branding initiatives. This role involves managing online and offline content, supporting promotions and events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Fluent in Armenian and English.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote rooms, events, F&B outlets, and special offers.
Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to produce promotional materials.
Oversee website content, SEO, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor digital ad performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and suggest optimizations.
Assist with press releases and communication with media partners.
Ensure all visuals, signage, and promotional materials align with brand standards.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and suggest improvements.
Support hotel events, influencer collaborations, and seasonal activations.
Coordinate with operations teams for on-property marketing efforts.
